PARTICIPANTS
Authorized through the U.S. Department of State, Cenet’s programs are for individuals interested in cultural exchange experiences in the United States. Cenet provides the basic documentation which allows a candidate to apply for his or her visa.
Once the BridgeUSA Exchange Visitor arrives and the program begins, Cenet provides ongoing support and assistance throughout the duration of his or her stay. Learn more about Cenet’s exchange visitor programs below.
SUMMER WORK TRAVEL (SWT) PROGRAM
The SWT Program is a cultural exchange opportunity available to college and university students enrolled full-time and pursuing studies at post-secondary, accredited academic institutions located outside the United States. SWT participants come to the U.S. during their university breaks to share their culture and ideas with U.S. citizens through temporary work and travel opportunities. CAMP COUNSELOR
The Camp Counselor Program enables post-secondary students, youth workers, and teachers to share their culture and ideas with people of the United States in camp settings throughout the country. Contact camp@cenet.org with eligibility questions or to inquire about available camp placements. If you have a camp placement secured and are ready to apply, please complete an online registration.
TRAINEE PROGRAM
Training programs are designed to allow young professionals to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to receive training in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field. Contact trainee@cenet.org with eligibility questions. If you have a host company secured and you are ready to apply, please complete an online registration.

INTERN PROGRAM
Internship programs are designed to allow college and university students or recent graduates to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to receive hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field. FIND A HOST EMPLOYER
Cenet provides placement services for the Intern, Trainee, Camp Counselor, and Summer Work Travel programs.
To apply for the Summer Work Travel program, you must contact a Cenet partner in your home country for application assistance.
To apply for an Intern, Trainee or Camp Counselor position:
1. Review the available positions listed on the chart below, and verify that you meet the qualifications.
2. Based on your qualifications, register for the Intern Placement program, the Trainee Placement program, or the Camp Counselor Placement program.
3. You can then apply for the position through the “Placement” section in your account, or by clicking the “Apply” button next to the position on the chart below.
