Your agreement includes these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (collectively the “Agreements”). Please read the Agreements carefully. to copy, distribute, alter or tamper with any materials found on the Cenet websites or applications, whether by printing off, storing on disk or through distribution for purposes other than their intended use;

in any way which causes or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other party or which breaches any standards, codes or regulations published by any relevant authority; or to gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to personal data or information;

to make any unauthorized, false or fraudulent remarks or reservations on Cenet;

in a way which would interfere or affect the performance of the Cenet websites.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Cenet harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of (1) your breach of these Agreements; (2) any activity in which you or someone accessing the site using your account engage on or through the Cenet Service; and (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

When you create a profile, you may disclose personal information, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, as well as your medical, criminal, educational, and employment information. By creating this profile, you agree to Cenet’s Terms and Conditions and opt-in to receive communications from Cenet.

By opting in to receive this communication, you agree to receive informational text messages from Cenet. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided in your profile or any other number that you designate.

Communication frequency varies, and additional mobile communication may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Cenet. Cenet reserves the right to alter the frequency of communications sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Cenet also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent.

We may process information contained in or relating to communication that you send to us, which may include content of the communications and associated usage data. This data may be processed for the purposes of communicating with you and for record-keeping.

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Transfer of Number: You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at cenet@cenet.org. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes: We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
